Privacy Policy

We only collect what we need to quote, build and look after your website. We never sell your information. This policy follows the Australian Privacy Principles.

Last updated 16 October 2026

1. What we collect

When you send a brief or contact us, we may collect:

  • your name, email address and phone number
  • your business name, industry and website details
  • the words, photos and logos you give us for your site
  • your choices, such as pages, extras and hosting plan
  • emails and messages you send us
  • billing details on invoices (we don’t store card numbers)

We don’t collect sensitive information such as health details. Please don’t include it in your brief.

2. How we use it

  • to reply to you and send your quote
  • to build, launch, host and support your website
  • to send invoices and keep business records
  • to tell you about your project, renewals and anything that affects your site

We won’t send you marketing emails unless you’ve said yes, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run our business:

  • Supabase stores your brief and photos (servers in Sydney, Australia).
  • Vercel hosts our website and processes the form (Sydney, with a global network).
  • Resend sends our emails, including your brief confirmation.
  • Cloudflare manages our domain and forwards emails sent to us.
  • Google provides our email inbox.

When we set up your site, we may also share the details needed with your domain registrar, hosting provider or payment provider. We’ll also share information if the law requires it.

4. Storing information overseas

Some of our providers are based in, or store data in, other countries, including the United States and Japan. We choose providers with strong security and privacy practices.

5. Saving your progress

If you leave our order form halfway through, your answers are saved in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. That copy stays on your device, and we can’t see it until you send your brief. It’s cleared once you send it. See our Cookies page for more.

6. Keeping it safe

Your information is sent over secure, encrypted connections and kept in private storage that only we can access. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

7. How long we keep it

  • If you become a client, we keep your information while we work together, and records for as long as tax law requires (usually 5 years).
  • If your brief doesn’t go ahead, we delete it within 12 months.
  • You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

8. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Just email connect@launchtrybe.com. We’ll reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

9. Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, email us and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
