FAQ
Do I need to pay for Shopify?
Yes. Shopify charges its own monthly plan, which you pay directly to Shopify. The store is in your name, so you own it.
What do I need to send you?
Your logo, colours, a product spreadsheet, photos, your policies, delivery prices and your domain login. For Build Day, everything on the checklist needs to be in before your booked day.
Can I run it myself afterwards?
Yes. You get a how-to handbook, and our support plan is there if you get stuck.
What's the difference between the $950 store and Build Day?
